Nobuko was brought up in Tokyo and NY.
In 2003 she based herself in London after leaving her job in the music industry. 3 years later she entered the world of fashion as a fashion assistant at Dazed & Confused magazine where she worked for a year.
When AnOther magazine relaunched their website, she started her column there (www.anothermag.com/current/Incoming) styling the collections of upcoming designers.
She currently works freelance, and is a contributing fashion editor to AnOther magazine.
